Me and 3 of my friends visited Pryzm on Friday 13th September for my birthday, we walked up to vip and saw an empty booth so we sat down knowing full well that it was somebody elses booth, so when they returned I asked them nicely if we could sit with them if I bought a couple of bottles beens as it was my birthday and they kindly allowed us to do so, I spent 165 on a bottle of Disaronno and a bottle of Prosecco, the bartender Callum said that he cant sell me the bottles if were not in a booth so I told him that the guy whos booth it was said it was ok that we sit there, so he went ahead a took the payment on my card, after waiting quite a while I was about to ask where my bottles were but 4 or 5 security guards came over and said this isnt our booth and they escorted us out the booth, I went over to Callum and said I want a refund as I havent received my bottles, he said we cant refund card payments now I know that is a load of crap because I work in hospitality myself you can reverse card payments on the till system.
